I recently traded emails with them on the 1.1 Plus and the the supposed 2.0 coming soon. He wouldn't divulge much on the 2.0s but the 1.1 Plus has an additional coating from their scope line that improves light transmission. I have a pair of the older B1s that I kept as a loaner\back up pair. The edge clarity is very good but they are not 100% edge clear, but very close. Their ability to crush haze/glare is very good because they have Fluoride elements. The depth of field is good and wouldn't be noticed to lack unless you compare to the SLCs. They have a more amber coating. It reminds me of looking through a Leupold scope a lot. Its not a negative or positive just a difference. The right eye diopter setting is a little different. The newer MeoStars have a better one. The SLCs have a more standard diopter control and much easier to use. Maybe Meopta will change this in the 2.0? You wouldn't be a huge disadvantage using the Meopta's. One thing to understand is they are built on the Koruna not the Euro so their relative value is much higher than $1599. I think people judge them based on priced to often. They are really more equivalent to the $1800 or $2000.
