thompson center customer service!

    About 3 weeks ago, I ordered a 308 T/C Icon, sight unseen, from my gun dealer. Thru no fault of T/C, [ My ordering error] it came with a different stock than I had expected. I called T/C customer service, and spoke to Ernie French, I explained what had happened. Ernie went "above and beyond the call of duty", and within a week I became the proud owner of the most beautiful factory rifle I had ever seen. I have been to the range twice, and not only is it a tack driver, but it's making me look like a much better shooter than I am. This is one product that I have purchased that has far exceeded my expectations!! Thank you Ernie, and Thompson Center
