Let me make it very clear to all that I am not a Hispanic American, a Latino American or a minority American, if you will. I am first and foremost an AMERICAN, period.</span></p><p></p><p><span style="color: black">I am forever grateful to the wonderful Americans (most who are white) that embraced me as their own when I first arrived in the United States of America. I believe my acceptance was so because I aspired to learn English and the American way of life. I have always respected and admired the United States for its achievements, its generosity, and its constitution. One of the proudest days in my life was when I was sworn in as an American citizen. I still well-up with tears when I speak of this great gift I received, what an honor to be a member of the greatest nation that ever existed. Thank you God and thank you America. God Bless our country, God Bless America!</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
