Get that guy off the phone and back to work! He's been standing there the whole time while I've been reading. BTW the guy on the saw is a little slow too!:D

The Sturgis Industrial park is about a mile or so west of town. There's a frontage road that trickles along side the interstate.

To the south is the hillside. That property is all ranch/farm land. A nice herd of Elk wanders down from the hills early in the morning to fatten up.

It's a nice place but there is a catch: It's called WINTER. It's pretty open out there and SD doesn't _eff around when it comes to blowing snow. The Kubota tractor will be getting a work out.

No worries though. It's still a good spot. Off the grid, isolated, and quiet.

Finally have good clean power out there too. 800 amp main! Woo Hoo!

    Thanks!

    Chad

You mean our "T shirt festival"??:D

Personally, I hate the rally. Royal PITA for guys like me but it's part of living here so we locals deal with it.

If you come, have fun, be safe, and WEAR A HELMET. (On both heads!)

Looks like a great location for a shop with a view. Keep the pics coming so we can see the finished product.
