Tactical Precision Systems problems with recieving goods? (big order)

    I have been asked to solicit TPS on behalf of an Italian importer for a large order of goods from TPS that was placed on April 1st this year and was paid for in full, in advance, but only part (less than falf) of the goods have been sent. My client has sent something in the order of 40 emails and 20 faxes to TPS and has only recieved one response telling them that the goods may be shipped out on the 17th of June.

    Has anyone else has similar problems with this company?

    What might their options be with regards to recovering the funds or merchandise?
