SOLD/EXPIRED Synthetic Stock to replace a wood Rem 700 Classic?

Okay guys, I'm real out of the loop with rifle gear, and I have a friend who has a 700 classic (short action) in 7mm-08 who wants a synthetic stock in the $200 range used or new.
Does such a stock exist, new?
