Svg Hog Hunter iron sights scope base clearance

I would like to scope my Savage Hog Hunter, but I do not want to block my iron sights. I know a 0 moa base will not block the iron sights, but does anybody know if a 20 moa base will block line of sight to the iron sights? The sights are awfully tall, so I think it would, but I'm hoping someone can answer for sure.
