I've got the Savage Benchrest stock on the target action and would like to have a stock with LOP and cheek riser. Who would make a good one for this action? (I know it has some bolt spacing to consider)

I'm not 100% sure the HS Precision stock will work for a target action. They work for the model 12 LRP. That model has only two action screws plus another screw for the trigger guard.
I would check with Boyds Stocks. I believe they make the wood stocks for factory Savage target actions.

I have a Savage 12T dual port that I run in an H-S Precision PSV121 stock. It accepts the target receivers with the three action screws(versus two in most Savage receivers) and accommodates the dual ports perfectly. It is not an adjustable stock, but as mentioned prior, you could certainly add an adjustable aftermarket cheek piece if you wanted to.
