Spotting scopes on a budget

Hi guys I've been looking in to getting a spotting scope but not looking to spend a hole lot of money right around the $400 mark, I've been looking at the bushnell trophy xlt and seems to be a good scope for the money and suggestions are appreciated thanks

I have a Vortex Nomad that is very good for a $300 scope.

What power is the vortex nomad??? And I have heard good thigs about there viper scopes to anyone with any experience

Nomad is 20x60x60! The viper is in a different price bracket, but I am sure it's nicer than the nomad.
