Sinclair NT-4000 Neck Turning?

I have and have reloaded for a while but I've never reloaded for a tight neck chambered gun. Because of this, I've never sized any new brass. I've only resized them after I've shot them and knocked the primer out. So I'm not sure if I need to resize brand new Nosler 280 AI brass or just neck turn them, load them up and shoot them.

Like I said, this is my first time neck turning. As I've been thinking about this, I'm thinking it would be best if I sized them, expanded the necks & then turned the necks but I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance!

You shouldn't have to size it. Just expand for the mandrel & turn.
You won't need to size it after turning either. Just load & fireform.

You'll need to order the bushing desired for your bushing die. I would go 2-2.5thou under loaded/turned neck ODs. The necks will springback a thou, leaving you with the remainder as tension.
