Sierra Match King Shortage?

What's up with the shortage of .338" 300 grain SMKs? There are none available on the internet. Everybody is showing them out of stock. I found one box of 50 at a gun shop about 50 miles from home, but that's it. Anyone got any contacts at Sierra to see what's going on?

I figure two reasons; 1, match season is coming so people are loading up for practice and matches. 2, military contract for a war thats still going on. The two together means no bullets readily available.

I saw in the recent reviews on Midway that uniformity was less than ideal lately. Perhaps they are retooling or adjusting equipment or ????
