Shooting my 22/250 with 53gr Hornday V-Max at a 10" metal box made of 1/8 thick steel Entrance was a normal bullet hole but the exit on other side of box there were two holes 1 a 1/4 " hole and the 2nd hole above it a little bit bigger. Plus surrounding the two holes were deep splatter dents . I thought that was strange ,how is it I get two clean exit holes and splatter ?

That bullet out of that cal, I'm surprised you got anything but splatter. My guess is that one hole is from the steel plug your bullet knocked out and the other is from the remains of the bullet jacket (the base)

Well after first shot and seeing the two exit holes . I did fire another shot at different spot to see if I'd get same results ? I did. I'd like to see some high speed photography of that.
