Shooter App. Zero offset question.

So I understand that +1 is an inch high. -1 is an inch low. If I'm .5 to the left is it Plus or minus .5?
Just to clarify.

Left should be negative. Basing that solely on standard Cartesian cordinate logic. Hope that helps.
