What do you use for seating?
What do you use to measure results?

well it's obvious that something's moving (I'm assuming that your measuring bullets at the ogive instead of the tips). First place I'd check would be for contamination around the shell holder, and also have a look see if the seater stem is loose inside the body. Whatkind of a die are you using to seat bullets with? Also by chance is your seater die loose in the frame?

Been reloading for about 40 plus years and am still trying to figure out what that is - I've run into your situation a time or two and would really appreciate your re-explaining how you solved this problem.
