Scope recommendation for Savage LRPV

I very confused as to what scope to buy for this rifle in 22-250 Rem. Scopes I consider:
Bushnell Elite 6500 4.5-30x50
Burris XTR 6-24x50
IOR 3-18x42
Leupold M4 long range/T 6.5-20x50

Unfortunately, my budget only allows scopes up to $900 which would exclude the last two mentioned unless I can get them for a bargain. I'm currently favouring the Bushnell but unsure how the mil-dot and duplex reticles will work on long range small targets. I'll be using the scope for distances up to 350 yards and occasional target work on longer distances. Any other recommendations i.t.o reticles/magnification range/scopes are welcome.

I will be using a Warne Tactical 1 Piece Base. What ring height should I get?

I just watched the classifieds on various forums until I found a decent price on a VXlll 6.5-20 LRT with target dot.Works great and love the target dot on a 22-250.

I have a Savage LRPV in .223. I installed a Leupold 8.5X25. This is a great scope tracks well and clear as a bell. Killed a ground hog @471 yards and shoot target at 500 yards. SWAF has the scope for $899. If I could do it all over I would still go with this scope.
