Scope leveling

Think the scope on my 50 I think is not level.When looking through the scope it looks level.When shooting at 400 yards hitting right on then adjusting to 500 yards it shoots to the left.Is this a problem with a canting and if so how to fix the problem. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Put your rifle in a vice, put a level across your receiver to make sure it is level, then compare your vertical cross hair with a known plumb object.
