Scope for the Savage Model 12FCV

Just purchased a Savage Model 12 FCV in .223 and am pondering what scope to mount on it. Have my eye on a Burris Fullfield II, 4.5X15x40. Looks to have all the right bells and whistles. What do you "experts" think?
Also, I want to mount it with a weaver Picitinny rail but can't seem to find out which one I need. Any help?
