scope base?

I'm interested in finding a scope base for a winchester short action that can accept other accessories along with the rings, such as a bubble level and cosine indicator. I guess I'll need 1" rings too, since my leupold rings will no longer be compatible.

Call me picky, but I don't want to limit access to my action any more than necessary, and I'm hoping for something reasonably priced and not too clunky.

Suggestions??

EGW has decent quality aluminum one piece pictinny bases in 0,15,20, and 25 munute bases. I don't know what they have for Winchester SA's though. I have them on my Remington 700, and two Savage 112's. I don't feel that they limit access much if at all, but mine are all long actions.

For cheap rings the Burris XTR's are tough to beat.
