Scope Base Inch-Pounds?

I bought a muzzleloader and then bought a scope base that had no instructions (it was T/C Scope Base). How many inch-pounds should I tighten it to? Thanks for all the info!

I think most are around 25 to 35 inch lbs if my memory serves me correctly.

According to the Seekins site, use 20-25 in-lb on a scope rail. I would use 20 in-lb with blue loctite.
