savage 260 rem,,barrel is from an savage f-class rifle that was a 6.5-284,,cut barrel back to 28" and rechambered to 260 rem,,recrowned,,barrel had a 150 rounds before set-back,,,action is a blued repeater action,,newer style with trigger gaurd bolt release,,,heavy barrel,,aftermarket recoil lug,,,boyds thumbhole varmint stock,,with ss pillars,and bedded with devcon steel plastic,,0 stress,,trigger is set to around a pound,,konus m-30 8-32-50 scope with utg detachable rings,,ive only shot the gun about 10 rounds to check for function,,with 123-a max made a ragged hole group at 100 yrds,,,elk season is comeing so im looking for trades,,of a larger caliber,,,tikka,or what you got,,or sell for 800.00 shipped,,smokin deal,thnx

I have a stainless savage 116 in 338 WM with fluted barrel and brake I was wanting to get rid of to purchase a 6.5mm. The 338 only has about 80 rounds down the tube and shoots great, its just too much gun for whitetail. If interested in trade, shoot me a pm.
