Savage 220 20ga

I have been getting them from,

Duncans Outdoors 989-894-691 Bay City, MI

duncansoutdoor.com

Nice indoor range 2-50 yd, 1-100 yd, 1-200 yd range made of concrete pipe buried
underground. No wind no rain, targets are scrolled off a big roll, and viewed by video camera, so you just shoot and look at the screen to see where you hit.

Not sure if they have any, but would order them for you I assume.

I posted this in another thread, but more a-propos here...

New to the NorthEast, live in slug only country, just picked up my Savage 220.. Just punching paper so far with Remington 2 3/4 Accu-Tips (I heard the 3" aren't were no longer sold?)

Shooting Sub MOA @ 100yds if you take out the flyers.

By flyers I mean 1 in 4 or 5 are clocking a significant lower MV closer to 1,300 compared to the 1,500/1,550 ... those lower velocity are dropping correspondingly @ 100yds and 150yds (per ballistics calcs)

Using MV and speed @ target(s), I am getting a BC of ~2.

I'd be curious to know if:

1) anyone else is experiencing the relatively high frequency of these lower speeds;

2) if any one else had tried to figure out the BC from field data;

3) if one can re-load slug ammo(@ $20 for a box of 5 it might be worth the effort) <-- any resources to this would be great.
