FS Savage 112 in .25-06. SS heavy barrel, black synthetic stock. Pre-accutrigger, although the trigger isn't bad. Leupold bases/rings and a Center Point 4-16 x 40 red & green illuminated reticle scope. ($59.99 at Walmart)

I bought this on gunbroker a few months ago and just isn't what I wanted. I'm looking for a lighter gun to hunt with this year. I've put about 20 rounds through it since I bought it. It shoots really well in spite of the scope.

Nice gun. I had a LH in 300win that was a great shooter.

Why not just sell the barrel and change to something else. Those 25-06 stainless heavy barrels fetch a pretty penny. I bet you could get at least $125-$150 for it.
