Joey, I havent tried the combo you are talking about but I have endured a considerable amount of grief with mismatched pic style rings and bases. Stay with the same brand. I have several sets of Seekins and they are top of the line, Glen is a class act and will stand behind his product. I also have a couple of sets of Badgers and they are very good. If you are serious about putting togather a consistant longrange package, dont get chinchy on the mounting system.
