roof hung bipod?

Has anyone ever hung a set of bino's from the roof of a condo or box blind? I am thinking it would be nice to hang bino's for a steady rest ,but could easley moved without any noise when taking a shot. Dose anyone make bipod like this? If so where might I find one? Bill Maylor
