Rings for tikka 284

Hay all, just purchased a vx5 3-15x56 for my 284 win tikka. I'm now looking for some rings and wondered if you might know what size I need. I prefer the talley light weight rings and was thinking probably highs.

for a 56mm I would start with highs as well. I've used those talley rings directly on a tikka before, and it held tight on a 338WM. you know how light those rifles are, and if they can handle that, you'll be fine with the 284.
