Been a while since I posted, but I still take a lot in!
Sent my scope back to Leupold today for installation of target turrets. 4.5-14X50 (1in tube). It got old looking down at the top of the scope with a dime, screwdriver, or whatever I had in sight to dial up or down. I have a one piece Leupold base and rings on the rifle. Model 700. Will this work out to 1000 yards or do I need a base with built in MOA? Stay with what I got? I can get to 700 yards now (haven't tried further). I started reloading last year, took a lot of advice given on here, killed deer at 700 yards and now the quest for more continues!!!!!!!!!!!
