I have a 700 SPS tactical in .308 and I'm shooting factory loaded Hornady Amax match 168 grain bullets. On the box it says 2700 fps. I don't have a chronograph and was wondering what it would be coming out of the 20" barrel?

Take it out and shoot it. You can use a ballstic calculator to calculate your velocity. You'll need to obtain the ballistic coefficient, which is .475 for your bullet, and the atmospheric conditions.

How it works. Once you have the atmospheric conditions entered, start at 2700 fps for your velocity input and continue to adjust velocity numbers until the chart matches your actual drops.
