Remington M700 Bolt Breakage

Somewhere I read about a place that modifies M700 bolts by putting screws into the handle to stop them from breaking. For the life of me I can't remember where I saw this. Can anyone steer me in the right direction? My SWAT sniper friend says this is a too common problem with the M700. They have a drill where the sniper has 2 seconds to get off two shots, and I guess the bolt handles suffer.
