I am new to this site but do frequent a couple of others.
I have a stainless Remington 700 in 270 win. with 24" fluted barrel. This gun was purchased as a CDL SF. I am the second owner. The first owner claimed to have never shot it. I replaced the wood stock with a Bell & Carlson Alaskan II (green with black webbing) and have only shot seven rounds through it over the few years I have had it. Gun is in excellent condition. Comes with some Leupold bases.

$720 shipped to FFL from non-FFL. Will accept postal MO, paypal gift, or check if you don't mind waiting.

Where are you located? Do you still have the wood stock that came with the rifle new?

I have not shot any groups with it.

I don't have a real accurate way to weigh it, but using my digital bathroom scale it's 7.2 pounds as pictured with the bases.
