Remington 40x 7mm Rem Mag

I have an original 40x in 7mm Remington magnum that I would like to get rid of. The barreled action is original, blued action, stainless 27.125" 9 twist barrel. It does have a Harrells tactical brake 5/8-24 blended. Also has a Jewell HVR top safety, on 3oz at the moment, a Nightforce 20moa base, and is glass bedded in a Richard Franklin Varmint ADL stock with polished aluminum trigger guard. Muzzle threading, brake install, and glass bedding was done by Eddie Herran in MD. It has exactly 147 rounds through it, other than Remingtons original test fire. Have the 50 pieces of Nosler brass that has been with it from the start, fired 3 times, less 3 rounds still loaded. Load is 162 ELDMs over 7828ssc and CCI 250 primers. Ok guys, you might be surprised what I may take, if you make some offers. Been out of work for 3 weeks because of a back injury. I don't really have to sell it, I just don't like getting this low on funds, but at the same time, I haven't fired it in 2.5 years, and I have another 7mm remington magnum repeater in a chassis and a custom 7mm wby. So, I just don't have a need for it. Thanks.
