Like I said earlier, I had a Remington M870 Wingmaster in 3" Magnum that wouldn't eject fired 3" Magnum Remington Peters brand shotgun shells. I couldn't believe that Remington wouldn't take responsibility for that mafunctioning shotgun. But they didn't value me or their reputation enough to fix the problem on their dime. Their "30-year experienced, most senior" gunsmith examined the shotgun and stuck in a different magazine which didn't do anything to fix the ejection problem. Then they charged me for their work, parts, and return postage. They said they fired the gun with 3" shotshells and that they ejected in the shotgun just fine. I didn't want a shotgun that had to use the shells that they tested in it only, and gave up on that nonsense. Sold the gun. It was reliable with 2 3/4" shells only. I replaced that Remington with a Benelli Nova 3 1/2" pump action. Enough of Remington's customer service for me. Fool with me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me... As a consequence, I won't own any Remington rifles either, in spite of the fact that many love them and say they're the best factory rifle and action out there. My luck I'd get one of their turds and then the same old - same old treatment from Remington customer service. I'd rather not take the chance.
