Reloading the 338 Edge

Are you guys just using 338 RUM dies to reload for the EDGE? Or are you having custom dies made?

Working on putting together my first one and trying to get all the components together.

Check with Shawn @ Defensive Edge. I think he has dies in stock for the 338 Edge.

+1 on B23's response. I got a set of Redding competion dies from him and they are built just for the edge. its what he uses, so you know you cant go wrong!

I had Shawn do something to my existing RCBS 300 RUM dies to make them work as thats what I had and didn't feel like buying new dies if I didn't have to. They are doing just fine and cranking out 1/2 MOA ammo...

I dont think he does this service anymore though. I know he sells Redding dies that are ready to go.

I use standard .338RUM dies with no problem.
