    Dinnertime with snapper fried light and blackenned Amberjack. Had some of both this week and it is delicious. Fun to catch and fun to eat.

    Ain't that a pain that you can't shoot them at long range?

    That's got to be tasteful! Pretty nice!

    nice muttons, about as good as it gets for the table to my mind.
    you can have my share of the aj however.

    We got into the AJ's Thanksgiving Week out of Treasure Island, Fla. So far we have had them pan fried, blackened and grilled. They were Great...............
