Recoil pad on a PSS

I was looking through the achives and I can't find anything on putting a recoil pad on my 300rum PSS. I want to put on a Limb Saver or something close to it. Thanx, Ceejack2

You'll have to take it to a 'smith. The PSS pads are glued on and have to be cut off. They are a pain to do but they are doable.

Not much help, but I just put a Limbsaver on my Browning A-Bolt that was supposed to be pre-fit. When I got the pad it came with two screws and I didn't see any on the A-Bolt's factory pad. Checked around several forums and found that my factory pad had hidden screws under little slits you couldn't see. Well it fit right on and I like it's softness and thickness. Luck BM
