Rebarreling Nikko golden eagle HELP

I have just recieved my dads old Nikko Golden Eagle M7000, the barrel needs to be replaced, does anybody know if the threads are metric or standard.

Not sure, but it does not matter. Most Lathes can cut either

Most smiths can do either Metric or standard, even whit-worth.

Talk to your smith and make sure he can do both.
