Reamers and bolt handle tool ?

Not sure what type reamers these are ?
And not exactly sure what bolt welding tool this is ?
Also would like to know what it is worth ,so I can trade it.

There's not much ( any) trade or sale value there. Bolt handles might be worth $10-$15 each. Used and altered cutters and reamers have no value. I have no idea what that 'block' is for, would need a better pic.

Good Morning!

The block appears to be one used for bending bolt handles. This was a common practice when Mausers came with the original straight bolts. The bolts could be bent to allow adding scopes to the rifle. It was a waste of time in my opinion because the handle always came up shorter and it was a PIA.

I gave up bending bolts and just cut them off and welded on new ones in the right position. Much better looking and a perfect length.
