Just curious as to what the consensus would be to have a spotter that could be used to range (ffp) versus a riflescope with ranging reticle and a laser guide- along with a spotter without a reticle. I have a swaro laser and am looking to upgrade to a Nightforce for next year and pick up a quality spotter to go along with it. I like the Swaro units but would like to have the ability to range in case the laser goes down. Of course there is always the scope to use as a back up. Just want to have the bases covered. Thanks for the advice in advance!
