I'm mainly working with the 140g sbt and SST. I hope the SST shoots better because its a plastic tip with higher BC, plus its averaging about 50fps faster. 2900fps with a 140g out of a 22" tube is nothign to complain about. Those 2 bullets are putting the first 2 touching, but I get a little flyer of about .5". If I can get that flyer down to about .25" I"ll be happy with my .5" group. Nothing wrong with .75" groups, but I always like to have .5" groups when I shoot 600-700 yards. Its just more of a confidence thing.

[QUOTE="remingtonman_25_06, post: 101927, member: 1403"] Thats why I picked 62 and 63g for my dads rifle. Nosler seems to be pretty right on for there accuracy loads. As far as my 270 with 130's. I only had like 10 bullets. So I tried 54g and 55g the first day. 54g gave me a .75" group, 55g gave me a 1.25" group. SO that got me thinking that it did not like the increase, so with my 4 bullets left, thats why I picked 53.7g, but it gave me a 1" group. Thats why I wished I had 3 more bullets, because i would then try 54.3g. See what I mean? That .3g difference really does make a difference. I never really thought it would. I'm mainly working with the 140g sbt and SST. I hope the SST shoots better because its a plastic tip with higher BC, plus its averaging about 50fps faster. 2900fps with a 140g out of a 22" tube is nothign to complain about.
