I found it works very, very well with 130gr bullets, did try some with 140gr btsp from Hornady and shot those good to. I am right at 3300fps with the 130gr. (Hornady SST). Deer slayer.

Has best luck with Win Large rifle Mag primers. 60.8gr of RL-17. Length with Hornady Comparator of 2.225"(not COL). That is .005 from lands in my son's Savage. Fits mag.
I think I started at 55 or 56gr. I would not exceed 60.8gr, so start no higher than 55.
