How do you guys do it? Do you ship to a FFL? Receipts? How do you ship?

I like to use FedEx only because their office is usually the least crowded.

Yes, keep all tracking info and receipts.

I just put it in cheap case with plenty of padding & bubble wrap. Use clear packing tape around the latches (a few wraps) and zip tie any possible holes/handles.

It may be handy to have the FFL # with you but some do not ask for it if its an obvious shop name.

Also don't forget the insurance.

If it is going out of state you have to ship to an FFL, the BATF requires it.

I missed this the first time. I won't ship any firearm without money in hand. No friend cards on that one.
