question about zeiss rapid z reticles

So, I was just wondering, when a person orders a zeiss conquest with the rapid z reticle, does zeiss have to match it to the particular bullet? How do they account for different bullet drops at different distances?

Im interested in the conquest 4.5-14x50 rapid z 800. Has anyone used this?gun)

they have a ballistic calculator on zeiss website. systems that use a particular bullet should be avoided IMHO. it's a good system
