PSE TAC 15 receiver questions

I think to buy a PSE TAC 15 because it has best look of the 15i and I think it is most possible to upgrade machanical parts.

I research a solution to have AR 15 lower receiver that is designed to the crossbow only or not considerate like fire arms.

Do you know some lower receivers that designed like this?

If you have any machining skills or no someone who does the blueprints to a AR lower can be found via google. As you can skip the mag well machining (the hardest), bolt release and mag catch machining someone with moderate machining skills could take a 0% blank. There was 80% blanks at one point but they are getting harder to find. With all of this maybe one of the "i" models might be a better option.
