We had a pretty in depth discussion about this a few months ago. What it really comes down to is: How far is your real world? And how fast are you running them? Some extra speed can make up for some lost bc out to a certain distance. The best thing you can do is use a ballistics calculator and run different bullets using your parameters and see what the difference is at different yardages.
Assuming that you are using this bullet for hunting, I think that terminal performance comes first in picking your bullet. Then you set your limits according to what your equipment and your self can do effectively.
