Powder Scale or Measure?

How accurately does it weigh? I understand it weighs + or - .1 of a grain as do electric scales. That means .2 gr spread. On a 100 gr load that wouldn't be much. What about loading Bullseye for a hand gun -would the spread matter there? Also,is that acceptable for target/accuracy loads?
Just wondering.
