PMC Brass, who made them?

Pick up a bunch of 308 Military brass made by PMC from our club range. The quality of the brass looks good. Weigh ten brass for comparison and they're within a grain (179.5 - 180.3). Neck thickness is pretty consistent(.0143-.0147). Never seen this kind of consistency on a military brass or match brass for that matter. Who manufacture PMC brass?

Best I can remember, they produce they're own, Pan Metal Corporation also owns ElDorado ammo and they ain't no slouch.
