Like New PMA Neck turning tool with 6mm carbide mandrel, case holder/handle, 40 degree cutter and 30 degree cutter. 40degree cutter has cut less than 50 cases and the 30 degree cutter is new and never used. $120.00 shipped via priority mail same day I receive payment. I take US Postal Money order and paypal and I pay the fee. I paid $176.75 for all listed from PMA.
