I can't find any rifle data for 6.5 tcu so can you use pistol data? If it will work Im looking at a h322 load for 120 grain 26.5 to max. 28.5 gr. Would i start lower than this. I will have a 26" barrel and this data is for a 14" barrel how much vel. will i gain normally. sorry for the newbie ???

6.5 tcu should be the same chamber/ammo specs regardless of whether it's fired from a handgun or rifle.

Hence, safe load workup starting at minimum and working up from the "pistol" data should be equally safe and effective in your rifle.

You may simply find that your rifle with a longer barrel develops more muzzle velocity and responds better to different powder.
