Put pic of Wiley on a photo server like Photo Bucket or one of those places.
That service will show you a URL (\\http blah blah blah) Copy that URL (Control C) then click on the "Insert Image" icon at the top of this window. It looks kinda like a letter w/a stamp on it (I think its mountains w/sun

When clicked on the Icon will open a window. Paste the URL of the pic into it.
Note: if you can't see the Icon or funny faces at the right of this window, do a search on "daft" and scroll to the bottom. Really
