Bud You would be suprised what you can see with your zies. I have a 80 mm swaro hd with the 20-60x eyepiece and thats what we used. Your 24x leupy isn't going to get it. I have a nightforce 12-42 and my shooting partner has a 10-60x March. Topshot Thats is exactly what we did till we found some bullets hit the dirt. The guide took the 4 wheeler out to within 100 yds and about 100yds to the side and watched with binos till he seen some bullets hit then radioed back and we made adjustments. Then he was able to come back and spot shots with the spotter. Justgoto We are both shooting 300wsm with 210 bergers going 2950. They are both rem. actions mine has a broughton bbl. his has a krieger bbl.. Mine has a lee six br stock and his has a mcmillian. The scope mounts my partner desighned and had built and are a slight copy of the Harbor Engineering mount. Ours are more durable with less moving parts. If someone wants to post them I haven't been able to post pics here I will send them to your email.
