OAL Help for 7 MM STW

I have an STW with a Shilen and i have been seating at 3.64 which according to the OAL gauge is about .04 off the lands and grooves but i know its past the recommended max overall length. It is shooting about 3/4 consistently. I would like to tighten it up and get a little more velocity. My best load to date is 72.5 of H4831 with 140 accubonds at 3150 to 3200 fps. Any updated load help would be appreciated as well.
